Interpret reactions as follows: (1) No line development between test preparations and antisera—absence of B. cereus toxin; (2) coalescence of test preparation line from well 4 with enterotoxin reference line—presence of enterotoxin in well 4; (3) coalascence of test preparation line from wells 2 and 4 with enterotoxin reference—presence of enterotoxin in wells 2 and 4.
